Diploma courses combine theory, practical and industrial experience to prepare the students for entry or supervisory-level positions in the diverse and challenging food service industry.
After the completion of 1-year teaching course, all the students have to undergo training in food–production areas of hotels only for 6 months. They learn the 1st hand experience of food preparation and presentation under the guidance of experienced staff over there. They are supposed to work in all the 3 shifts in rotation from time to time.
