The Diploma in Food & Beverage Service is a 1.5-year (3-semester) program designed to equip students with operational skills for the Food & Beverage service sector, which is an integral part of the Tourism and hospitality industry. It features 36 weeks of coursework and 24 weeks of Industrial training, focusing on restaurant service, beverage management, and hygiene.
Career Scope: Graduates can work as waiters, bartenders, or supervisors in hotels, restaurants, airlines, and cruise liners, International Luxury Hotels, Railways, Airport Lounges, Private Clubs and Event Management etc.
