Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Double Payment: If you have inadvertently made duplicate payments for the same fee, a refund for the duplicate transaction will be processed.
- Incorrect Fee Payment: If you have paid an incorrect fee amount due to a technical error, a refund for the excess amount will be processed.

To request a refund, please contact our Accounts office with the following details:
- Your Full Name
- Transaction ID
- Date of Transaction
- Reason for Refund
Our team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
