4. Disputes
4.1 Any disputes regarding payments made through the online fee payment service should be addressed to Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior, within 7 days of the transaction.

6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
